2nd Line Support Analyst

A brand new position has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an internationally recognised company in Essex. A successful 2nd Line support Analyst will bring experience of working with SQL and Linux servers while also having brilliant Service Desk knowledge. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2nd line support Analyst to learn new technologies and develop their career at a fantastic organisation.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will provide direct support to customers and colleagues while also having the opportunity to showcase their technical and customer service skills. In this role the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be working in collaboration with Service Desk teams providing an excellent opportunity for career growth. If successful you will be able to take full advantage of their hybrid working environment.

Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst are:

- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with SQL and Linux
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet SLA's
