2nd Line Support Engineer

A brand new position has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an international children's charity in Farringdon, London although you will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to continue developing their tech career by working with an experienced team to further develop their skills and learn new technologies.

The 2nd Line Analyst is primarily responsible for managing Incidents or Service Requests which cannot be solved immediately with the means of the Service Desk. As 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will need to have experience working within a service desk role previously having worked with either MDT/SCCM as well as Office 365 and Active Directory. It is also vital for the 2nd Line Support Engineer to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Engineer are:

- Active directory experience
- Worked within ITIL frameworks
- Experience of working in either 1st or 2nd line support roles
- Azure and Office365 experience

2nd Line Support Engineer / 2nd Line support / Office 365 / Active directory/ SCCM / MDT

Salary: £26,690 - £31,400
