2nd Line Support Analyst

A brand new position has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an internationally recognised company in Chelmsford, Essex although you will have the opportunity to work remotely. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Analyst to continue developing their tech career by working with an experienced team to further develop their skills and learn new technologies

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will have a primary responsibility of investigation, escalation and progression to closure of issues within a school's technical environment. In this position, you will need to have experience working with Windows servers and Office 365. It is also vital for the 2nd Line Support Analyst to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst are:

- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and Office 365
- Experience of working in either 1st or 2nd line support roles
