1st Line Support Analyst

A brand new position has arisen for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join an internationally recognised education software company in Chelmsford, Essex although you will have the opportunity to work remotely. As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will need to have experience working with Windows servers and Office 365. It is also vital for you to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will be expected to provide 1st class customer service via incoming phone calls, e-mails and through a customer facing portal. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 1st line support analyst to learn new technologies and develop their career at a fantastic organisation.

Skills required for the 1st Line support Analyst are:

- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and Office 365
- Experience of working in an ITIL environment
