1st Line Support Analyst

An exciting position has arisen for an ambitious 1st Line Support Analyst to join an organisation based in Hemel Hempstead, but would only require 1 day in the office per week. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 1st line support analyst to learn new technologies and develop their career at one of the Sunday Times top 10 best biggest companies.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will be expected to provide 1st class customer service via incoming phone calls, e-mails and through a customer facing portal. As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will need to have experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite. In this role the 1st Line Support Analyst will be working in collaboration with 2nd line teams providing an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Skills required for the 1st Line support Analyst are:

- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills

1st Line Support Analyst / 1st Line Service Desk Analyst / Office 365 / Windows

Salary: £19,000-£21,000 per year
