Since joining Understanding Recruitment in 2021, Ross has built a diverse network of talented contractors across the Product and Project market. Ross has a keen eye for detail and enjoys taking the time to understand Associates to find out what works best for them in certain working environments.
His favourite part of his role is learning new things every day and helping people find cutting-edge projects to be involved in!
A fun fact about Ross is that he has acquired the nickname Bruce through friends and family (but to this day he doesn’t know why).
