Lucy is relatively new to the world of recruitment, but in her own words, "I’m loving it!" Lucy specialises in Machine Learning & AI recruitment and since joining us has learned a huge amount about not only recruitment itself, but also all aspects of the ML & AI industry. She prides herself on always doing the right thing by her candidates, ensuring each option is always what's best for them and that they will be getting what they need from a new role. 

Her favourite part about recruitment is working with lots of different people and personalities every day – making each day completely varied! 

A little fact about Lucy is that she lived in Vietnam for 5 years, including during the COVID pandemic. She says she is grateful for her time there, but glad to be home and on this new adventure now!
