Dale has over 20 years of experience operating within the technology recruitment sector.
After achieving a degree in Journalism he joined the UK's largest technology recruitment firm where he successfully progressed for 8 years before founding Understanding Recruitment with Chris in 2007.
His favourite thing about his role is watching people's progression through the business over time. When he’s not busy with his family, Dale can be found at the gym, playing football, or on the golf course.
An interesting fact about Dale is that he lived in Italy between the ages of 3 and 5 and spoke almost fluent Italian – sadly all forgotten!
