What you can expect from us:

  • Work with you to truly understand you, your company and your requirements.
  • Represent you in a positive, professional and proactive way.
  • Always give you informed and impartial advice.
  • Interview every candidate we put forward for your role/s in order to provide you with the best candidates.
  • Discuss your company and role with every candidate, always getting permission before sending you their CV and profile.
  • Send you suitable candidates or provide an effective alternative approach within 48 hours of receiving a detailed brief.
  • Provide candidate interview feedback within 24 hours.
  • Provide you with a dedicated Account Manager who will be your sole point of contact when dealing with us.
  • Advise and negotiate on your behalf at offer stage to ensure you secure the most appropriate and highest quality candidates in the market.

We will strive to reach every customer target set. If in a rare instance we have not achieved these high standards, we ask you to please contact a Director immediately.

In return, all we ask of you is to be fair, open and honest and inform us if your situation changes. We see all our customers (clients and jobseekers) as partners and we hope that you see us the same way.
